Singapore Night Festival 2024

I volunteered at the Singapore Night Festival 2024, assisting with an installation located at the steps near Children's Museum Singapore. The following weeks before the installation, together with my course mates, we helped create decorative bird elements using recycled materials, like fabrics and buttons from recycled clothes. I also contributed by drawing some illustrations directly on the steps to enhance the visual and interactive experience of the space.

In addition to the installation, I supported event facilitation to ensure that the public could engage with the installation safely. As the event took place in the evening with limited lighting, I helped guide visitors and monitor the area, ensuring that it does not get overwhelming and safe for the visitors. This experience strengthened my awareness of audience management, safety considerations, and facilitation in large-scale public art events.
